Cooking venison and bread over a fire

A finished shelter, made from pine, sticks, leaves.
Student built four of these shelters. Most shelters
fit two people. One shelter was dubbed "the hotel"
because it fit 4 people! Students made these
in teams. They are made from sticks in the forest,
leaves, and pine branches. They are always built
against a tree.
