Bridge to the Doctorate Fellows and their PROMISE Peer Mentors at UMBC

The new cohort of Bridge to the Doctorate Fellows has been participating in their BD meetings and activities as well as some of the UMBC and PROMISE Tri-campus activities. The UMBC and UMCP Bridge to the Doctorate Students came together with their PROMISE Peer Mentors at the "When Faculty Say X, They Really Mean Y" Seminar on October 9, 2009.

The BD Fellows participate in PROMISE events with their Peer Mentors, but they have their own set of independent activities such as bi-monthly professional development lunches, summer development projects, and "proposal house" activities.
